Right...and that in effect makes them off limits. Read the constitution. Felonies are exempt from congresssional protections. And it doesn't say they need to tell the leader of the house.
I said he was concerned with the seizure of Legislative documents. Congress certainly has no obligation to turn over any work product to the Executive branch.
