John Kerry starts by showing the entry in a log he kept from 1969: "Feb 12: 0800 run to Cambodia

Kerry starts off with a lie. He always has claimed that he went to Cambodia on Christmas 1968, an event that was "seared, seared" into his memory. Also, wasn't Schachte Kerry's commanding officer, it appears for this article he was just another crewmember. Just more NYT bias at work.

The more terrifying thing is that I'm starting to believe that he actually believes it.
And this Liberal lunatic was actually in the race.
Vote R.

Well, if you consider Christmas to end on Candlemas (Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, February 2) and you employ the Eastern Orthodox tradition of using the Julian calendar, it's three days before the end of Christmas. But doesn't Kerry claim to be Roman Catholic? I'm confused again, but only because I'm really stupid.
