Add in the over 75% of cocaine in this country that comes through the open Mexican boarders
I think you mean "borders" (boarders are people who pay rent)... but, if the U.S. wasn't consuming 1/2 the cocaine in the world (CIA figures), that particular import/export trade would dry up tomorrow. Mexico does not have a very big domestic market for narcotics.

" but, if the U.S. wasn't consuming 1/2 the cocaine in the world (CIA figures), that particular import/export trade would dry up tomorrow"

That's like saying if some woman hadn't put in a short skirt, she wouldn't have been raped. Normal loony left blame the victim thinking.
Imported drugs like any other banned substances, will come in through the path of least resistance. Having wide open borders with a Mexico that serves as the conduit to most of the cocaine into this country is stupid. Our borders MUST be secured.
Doing that gives us the added bonus of stopping the hundreds of thousands of Mexican sex offenders and all kinds of undesirables that have flooded into this country.

"Mexico does not have a very big domestic market for narcotics."

I am sure the heroin addicts in Tijuana, where they have a serious and worsening drug problem, will be quite amused to hear that.
and #2, the fact that the suckers export most of their sh*t here to screw up the lives of American youth , while making huge profits for themselves and corrupt Mexican government officials, is good how?
