Yep, The last time I was in Minneapolis, about 5 yrs ago, I had my Police Scanner with me and there was about 5 additional calls waiting for each officer in the downtown area as they tried to handle the call they were dispatched on previously. Stabbings, shootings, and fights, etc. on a Friday night/Saturday morning & my buddy, who lives there, said that was typical for the area!

I was glad I lived in Iowa! No offense meant to my friends in Minnesota!

Gee, I lived in Minneapolis more than 20 years ago -- in the Uptown area. It was a great place to live. Sad to see that it's gone down hill.
