Rove is not one of my favorite people, although I do appreciate some of the things he has done. That being said, I don't believe he'll be convicted of anything. The left is in desparation mode, and this is essentially one big fiasco. He is not deserving of this treatment.
Fitzgerald has a problem because he has to prove that Rove intentionally lied about not talking to Cooper but that's almost impossible to prove because Rove voluntarily corrected to record. There will be no charges.
