I'm glad to be a part of the 80% minority of Americans who think the Bush/Kennedy/McCain Amnesty is the biggest piece of garbage ever considered.

Secure the borders!

Enforce existing immigration laws!

Throw all of the current bills and amendments in the trash where they belong!!!

More WSJ open borders sewage. Not as bad as the WSJ guest op-ed piece a few weeks ago by [drum roll] Kofi ("Food for Oil") Annan.

Could be that the Senate doomed their own bill to the trash can.

However the bill dies, whatever it takes. :) If procedure and constitutional issues doesn't do it then it looks like the House is ready to find another way.

...amnesty is not amnesty just because you go out of the country to visit momma for a few days pick up your W Workers Card - Green Card and go back to the U.S.

Pence's "plan" also allows for an unlimited number of visas for the first three years. It would be the Wall St. Journal's dream come true.

After reading an article in the paper today about a young lady who found out that her social security number has been used by 83 illegals has burned my butt. No help from the feds or IRS in tracking down these criminals. The amount of taxes paid by these criminals was minimal on the stolen number. I just received a letter from the IRS just two months after filing stating I did not cross a T or something. Well if the IRS turns out wanting to audit me I will tell them that I will absolutely comply with anything they want ONLY after they show me the list of 20 million audits done on illegals in this country first. It is time for us legals to stand up and demand accountability.
