I hear ya! However, it burns me up that the Administration via the President and other leaders threw up its collective hands, declared in essence or by inference that our intelligence was faulty, no WMD's have been found, and that we were wrong, wrong, wrong.

Yet, to me, the book has NOT been closed. IMO the Administration stupidly jumped the gun, and any and all PR should have not been so conclusive, nor should it be today.

But then, the Administration's PR has been a disaster on just about any issue almost from the gitgo.

Sorry for the duplicate comments.

One little involuntary pre-coffee thumb-spasm and the Double-Post Monster strikes immediately and without mercy.

I agree that the administration gave up the WMD fight very early. As I said to find the WMD or program related to it must require a long time and much harder work, the ISG did take the right time to do so. The administration was under a lot of pressure to accept the findings of the ISG. I hope that the great news that has been coming from Iraq lately will encourage them to open the subject of WMD again.
