Also this ringing endorsement from good conservative James Sensenbrenner for Chris Cannon.
Again, it's the new, detailed Cannon - a good thing, says House Judiciary Chairman James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis. "What I can say is, in Congress there are workhorses and showhorses," Sensenbrenner says. "Chris Cannon is the workhorse. Workhorses get things done in Congress."
The open border lobby must be scared.
Hey, look: Specter vs. Toomey, part 2.
Wow, Bush must be pretty determined to keep his "point man on comprehensive immigration reform" in the house of representatives. You don't usually see the executive branch in these primaries.
Paging George Orwell.
It figures YOU would be the one posting this.
Fine with me.
God bless President Bush, but honestly, trusting Cannon to secure our borders is like trusting Bill Clinton to guard the chastity of your ample-bosomed 16-year old daughter.
Well no shiite? Did anyone think he wouldn't?
The President campaigned for Specter against the conservative, Toomey, in the PA primary of '04. The GOP was against Dr. Tom Coburn of OK, but he beat his "moderate" opponent soundly in '04. Let's hope the voters of Utah have as much sense as those in OK. But these endorsements clearly show that George Bush and Laura Bush are not conservatives.
Excellent! Glad our First Lady and the White House endorsed Cannon. We need more Senators who are like Congressman Cannon and care about Republican values. Glad that we in Texas have Senators Cornyn and Hutchison.
Excellent graphic of the great Couple in the White House we are blessed with.
If this Cannon guy gets bounced in the primary it would send shock waves through the party.
I'd say all this open borders nonsense would finally be put to rest.
Hey Dane why didn't you just keep posting on the other thread that you spent all day yesterday on? Too many facts on the other thread for you or what?
ping
Too bad Laura can't campaign for Diane Irey or Catherine Davis.
More reasons to reject Cannon!!!! He's an open borders nut!! Kinda like you, huh? LOL What would we do if we didn't have you around to entertain us? LOL :o)
Rove must be pretty confident Cannon will win. If he loses, with Bush having become involved, that will be a real slap in the chops for Bush, and his vision of immigration reform will be as dead cadaver frozen at absolute zero.
Thank you Thank you for that link. I am very well pleased today. The Tacredo/Buchanan faction will fail again in trying to unseat a fellow Republican. Now that Tancredo has now adopted this Corsi anti Nafta the Globalist are under my bed issue as well, folks will wake up sooner or later.
I need another beer - just for the nerves, of course...
