You forgot: Communist China PAID for US missile contractors executing classified US military programs to correct Chinese missile, guidance, and warhead problems that had previously preventing successful nuclear warhead deployment.

After these sales, supported by Chinese contributions to the dnc and President Clinton's re-election campaigns during M. Albright's tenure as SOS, Communist China is now able to deliver nuclear warheads to US cities.
