Form committees from the Ministry of Health and the Military Industrialization Commission and The Atomic Energy Organization and The Special Security Service with its missions to test the sites that had been subject to enemy bombardment and inspect for contamination and radiation in particular the Presidential Sites and immediately. Also gather the existing shrapnels and in coordination with Dr. Mona Al Jaboori from the Science Faculty in Baghdad University.

Subject: Order

Following our leeter numbered (5372) on 18/12/1998 an agreement was obtained for the following:

1. Re- Test the sites after the removal of debris.

2. Limit a period of two weeks to a month to take Biological Samples from the sites and return to the periodic testing and in a normal fashion later on.

3. Study the subject of AGM 186 missiles that contain ready round shrapnels and that is used for mass destruction through the targeting of human forces.

Take what is necessary regarding this and inform us… with regards

I have been under the impression with the enormouse amount of stuff to get cataloged, transfered into the Harmony Datbase, that then can be item at a time downloaded to the mirror sites for public consumption etc., that the units in the DIA, and say Army and Airforce in Qatar (and elsewhere), simply do not have enough translators to be be putting thousands of documents into a "good English form".
So it has been hoped the Arabic versions can be examined by people like jveritas over a period of time and made public at web sites. Of course things like videos of Saddam and his goons talking about stuff of interest, again is in Arabic, so, it makes it hard to transliterate such sources for general consumption. It simply may not be that anyone is holding back but more a case of operational limitations.

I heard that too Kelly. The General may be very well correct. However from the thousands of pages of Iraqi document I read so far, I am more leaning that the WMD or Precursors to WMD we buried somewhere in the Anbar Province in the Western Desert.

Well, ya know as far as I am concerned, the day we captured Saddam Hussein was the day we found the WMD in Iraq.

But according to McInerney, the Russkies, French & Chicoms moved the WMD from Iraq to Syria in 2001.
With "allies" like France who needs enemies.
My father has been rolling over in his grave ever since the French refused to side with us in the war against Saddam Hussein. My father was one of the Dough Boys who went to France with Black Jack Pershing in WWI. Frog Legs have verrrrrrry short memories. If not for America & Americans who pulled the French's bacon out of the fire not once but twice; they would all be speaking German today.

DU is used in kinetic energy rounds. Main tank guns, and the A-10 nose gun, plus some other aircraft gatling guns with an anti-armor loadout. That's about it.

Neither used against Saddam in the time frame being discussed.
