http://www.kristv.com/global/story.asp?s=5075596
ISTANBUL, Turkey Turkish state media says an explosion in a Turkish Mediterranean resort town has killed three people.
A T-V report says 25 have been injured.
It's not clear what caused the blast. It apparently happened in a part of the town popular with tourists.

Could have been a damaged gas cylinder, too. When I was there (mid-80's) blue "gaz" cylinders like the white ones we use for propane were common everywhere, including all the restaurants that we ate in. Also most homes, as well. Literally, everyone used them for cooking and heating. Wouldn't be hard to turn one of those into a bomb, intentionally or otherwise.
