It was a "Commie Paper," "New Deal Bullsheet," paper, "Truman Propaganda," "Bolshevik Rag," and a whole lotta other politically incorrect stuff, paper. The NYT could turn my old man purple.

The only NY Paper allowed to cross our threshold was the New York Herald Tribune.
