During that time, Limbaugh can't own a gun, can't use "intoxicants to excess" and must remain gainfully employed.
If Limbaugh successfully completes the terms of his 18 months of supervision, the felony charge will be dismissed and his record will be clean.
It was not immediately clear whether Monday's incident would affect the agreement with the State Attorney's Office. However, a spokesman for the office said that, generally, a person on drug offender probation is prohibited from possessing narcotics and that Viagra does not fall in that category.
So basicly, this is one BIG non-story. The only reason this piece was even written was because...he's Rush Limbaugh....
My G-d, he's fabulously wealthy! This is one of the terms of his probation? I would think the libs would want him unemployed.
Haven't we all been expecting something like this to happen since we learned of the 18 month supervision terms?
How many of us didn't know exactly what it was when we heard "Palm Beach International Airport"?
Now why do we suppose these vermin released the name of the medication, and it was reported? Guess our "need to know" far outweighed Rush's privacy.(/s)
There they go again exposing more about themselves than they do about their target. Nevermind, it'll backfire on them and boost Rush's ratings. lol.
Doh!
Hence, his being detained. . .and his privacy viiolated; and worse; before this story is finished on the Lib circuit. . .
Oh. ..that's right; it cannot be a "Lib' thing. . .they are the one's who are sooooooo concerned about the privacy of individual Americans being compromised. . .
(so concerned that they would reveal 'National Security info' to protect us. . .)
