Pretty far. Who tipped off the feds to search Rush's luggage? Looks like they were looking for something that would give them cause to arrest him and they felt disappointed.

" This incident makes you wonder just how far their reach really is." Apparently the "reach" extends into U.S. Customs. Were I Mr. Limbaugh, I would consider moving away from Palm Beach County. I hate the thought of anyone allowing themselves to be run out of a place that they chose to live, but the reality is that they are not going to leave him in peace.

If not, wouldn't the Customs folks require a warrant?

A few years ago two CHP officers were successfully sued for retaliating against a man who had lodged a complaint against him. I hope this is a situation that Rush could win a similar lawsuit if he chose to pursue one.
