Well, I gotta hand it to the Mexicans. They figured out that their extradition policy was a thorn in America's side, and jettisoned it for the sake of better relations. On the other hand, it took decades to figure that out.
Well Mexicao has finally (hopefully) decided that they don't need and ever expanding criminal class.
