Document ISGQ-2003-0044 ISGQ-2003-00044390 390 contains a November/27/2002 Top Secret and Urgent memo from the Baath Party Command in Fallujah and in relation to another letter from the office of the Presidential Secretariat (Saddam Hussein Personal Secretary) and it is addressed to all the People Commands in the Anbar Province (The Western Desert) asking them to watch for Americans or Zionists (Israelis) forces that can potentially bury prohibited materials, WMD, in the Anbar province so it will frame Iraq and find an excuse to punish Iraq according to the memo.
The Anbar province which is the hot bed of the terrorists insurgency in Iraq has been always a suspect area where Saddam Regime could have potentially hidden and buried their WMD or the Precursors prohibited materials to make WMD. This memo may be nothing but a ploy by Saddam Regime so that if the UN inspectors (UMMOVIC) who have re-started their inspection missions in late November 2002 happen to find WMD in the Western Desert of Iraq, Saddam Regime would have blamed the US and its allies for burying it there.

The top secret and very urgent letter of the Anbar Province organizations numbered 1 101 on 16/11/2002 and related to the letter from Presidential Secretariat/The Secretary numbered 110 on 20/11/2002, to commission the Party Apparatus in the Western District of the country to watch and observe any cases of enemy incursions or helicopters in the mentioned region and to inform the security and military sides and to show it to them because of the potential that the Zionist or American enemy could bury prohibited materials and then accuse Iraq of having it. Please review and inform about this to your party organization and give the subject very critical importance. With regards and you last for the struggle.

I bet THIS makes the front page in the MSM
HA !!! This is like Clinton standing up and warning everyone to watch for Conservatives sticking stolen national archive documents in his ex-staffer's pants!!!
Thanks

Thank you, again.
How could anyone even think that Americans and "Zionists" could possibly sneak into the Western provinces of Iraq (through Syria, of all places?) without the knowledge of Saddam and his secret police, carrying large quantities of WMD, no less? It does sound like a DU conspiracy theory.

Sounds like the start of a disinformation campaign that got interrupted by the Liberation. 1st you write the offical documents, then you leak it to your tame stoodges in the Western Media. Remember what the ex-head of CNN admited to doing so he could keep the Bagdad office open?
Interesting j.
Is Hamid Mushsen Ali a different person from the Arab League Ambassador to Britain, Ali Muhsen Hamid?
Sounds like there are some undiscovered WMD still buried in that desert. Otherwise, why set up the story?
Thank you for the continued pings eyespy, and thank you again jveritas for your work.
Sooner or later the MSM is going to have to quit ignoring these documents. (Although I'm not holding my breath.)
