In Dan Brown's book "Angels and Demons" CERN is an integral part of the story line. I thought the book was ALL fiction.
It is, if one is generous in defining what constitutes "fiction." His description of anti-matter as an energy source is one of the most hilarious things I've ever read. Dan's research for that one was even sloppier than the work he did for The Davinci Code.
