Man that picture brings back memories to me.

I was on Kona Hawaii on a long distance bike ride through tropical rain forest through private lands (was a paid for service).
Started to rain a couple of inches an hour and part of my ride looked like that.

Also at one point we rested and I looked over a fence and spotted a large field of marijuana growing.
