I live in Oregon, where we have 100% vote by mail. No polling places.
If you request a ballot, it will be sent. If you mark it and mail it in, it will be counted (twice if you vote Dem. lol).

If you're not asked for ID at the time you vote, what's to prevent you from voting multiple times or voting in multiple precincts?
