One would imagine they are LeT, Kashmiri (ROP) types, but could be al Qaeda. Indian police are not very politically correct; hence, arrests about 3 hours after the bombings.
In the US they would be combing the streets, patting down everyone from 7 year old redhead girls with dolls to silver haired old White and Black grandmamas with walkers.

I will not bet for money, but would have to split that equation, and I would say you are
1/2 correct.
I would agree about the Islamic part, but I would say they are South Asian (Indian or Paki), rather than Middle Eastern.

Apparently they had a warning before the blasts but they had no idea when or where they were going to be. I bet you it was a cellphone warning they traced or internet warning.
