Did you check with Kerry and the Kennedy's? They know all the annulment shortcuts.

It's hard to imagine a marriage to a Kennedy being valid. < /s>

I think its mostly if you can afford it or not.

The fees are low and waived when necessary.

Well I know my brother tried for 4 years to get an annullment. he had legal justification for it too.

He kept trying til he got the price down an finally got it.

Now Kennedy? he was married for 25 years. Now I dont care what the justification a 25 year marriage should stick. Noannulment here. Kerry he wanted a richer wife. Aristotle wanted to marry Jackie Kennedy just to say he owned her and she made 12 million off the deal, I doubt the marriage was ever consummated.

Mistakes can be made and for certain reasons some marriages should be annulled. Some others shouldnt.

Maybe in some dioceses, but apparently not ours. We put in for reduced fees and they were reduced a negligible amount. They were expensive.
