Basically, he's saying that he is going to nuke Israel.

And there's no way to tell if he's lying or not because he's insane.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the August 22nd date?

If he tries that, Teheran needs to be erased.

And this is not a wild-eyed "Nuke Mecca" rant - just like Japan in WWII, one or more high-value targets in Iran need to be wiped if they are going to start this game.

He should just be taken out. Remember though, Arabs/Persians are the biggest BS'ers and bluffers on the planet.

That's when Iran is supposed to respond the incentive package put together by the U.N.

I wonder if nuking Israel is the 'response' he plans.

The world is on the verge of great changes
Ahmadinejad is a figure head, a cheerleader, a rube who plays for the yokals, a puffed-up blowhard who believes his own press and thinks he was divinely appointed etc.

The real power in Iran are the mullahs.

He may be right, however. Are the Persians closer to developing a nuclear capability than we suspected?

May I quote my good friend Frankie Pentangeli from the inimitable Godfather II?

"Mike, let's hit 'em now. Now, while we got tha muscle."

"Careful, them's fightin' words (then what isn't with this guy?)"

I'm French descent you know. We have a family motto, I kid you not: "He who fights and runs away lives to fight another day."

It also follows that we fight dirty.

I agree. I think this idiot talks big to impress the mullahs around him. He's a puppet. He doesn't have the air about him of a charismatic leader. He talks like Hitler but is not a Hitler. I doubt too that he could rally the young people over there to follow him.

Iran can hurt the west, but in the process that desert country would become the largest single sheet of glass on the planet.

Oh, interesting point.

That's a very good question - of course, if it is telegraphed that blatantly the chances of an interception are that much better.
