This is a child abduction emergency received by the TENNESSEE BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
The West Tennessee regional amber alert has been upgraded to a Tennessee statewide AMBER ALERT. VERONICA LOPEZ a sixteen year-old Hispanic female was abducted by CIPRIANO OVALLE on JULY 17, 2006 in Memphis, Tennessee.
CIPRIANO is a twenty-two year old Hispanic male. He is five feet five inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. CIPRIANO was last seen wearing a blue striped short sleeved shirt, blue jeans and red tennis shoes.
He is armed with a tire iron that was used to assault the victims boyfriend during the abduction.
VERONICA is four feet eleven inches tall and weighs 117 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and brown pants.
The subjects are in a 2000 red Ford Focus with Tennessee license plate 4 2 3 F R L.
The subjects were last seen on Interstate eighty-five (I-85) in DEKALB COUNTY GEORGIA.
It is possible they could travel back into the state of Tennessee.
