I guess I should have stated that "a lot" of people struggle with their weight, me included.
You also don't need to eat, avoid drug use. And you don't need to brush your teeth.
You don't need to do a lot of things but you can not avoid the consequences of not doing them.
And no sympathies for weight strugglers. Stop whining and fix it.
