FORT PAYNE, Ala. A Valley Head man was arrested for walking naked along a highway while waving an American flag.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department arrested Gerald Lynn Kelley, 52, and charged him with public lewdness in connection with the incident, the Fort Payne Times-Journal reported Tuesday.
DeKalb Deputy Mike James said deputies were sent to Hammondville about 3 p.m. Sunday after receiving calls about two men walking nude along U.S. 11, just inside the town limits.
James said Kelley, who was allegedly drunk, was wearing only a cowboy hat and boots.

The article didn't mention what you were using for a flag pole, could be crtitical in your defense. Proper flag protocol calls for the flag to be flown at half staff only in showing respect. also, as a BTW, the American flag must be flown higher than any other flags, so perhaps that may have been a problem, considering whether your Flag pole could handle two flags or not.
The article doesn't mention if this happened at night, you should shine a light on the flag just prior to sunset and then until dawn.
It's these small details which'll trip you up.

I think they were more upset about the pole he had the flag mounted on than anything else.

It seems the moonbats get naked at all their protests. Nothing seems to happen to them because it's kind of expected. It's like, "there's a protest? I'm getting naked!"
For this guy, I wouldn't be surprised if it was more about waving the flag than him being naked.
