DHS website still says yellow. May the site just needs updated. I think they only raised it for Aviation, not the General level.

HLS raised it to High(orange) and said it may go up to Severe(red)highest level. Thats never happened yet.. has it?

I heard "severe" for aviation and high for general.
Definitely need clarification.
The implications on Fox is that the general level is high.
