Yes, I agree, 5'7" is the cutoff.
Signed,
babble-on
5'7"
And "Stinky" is the least among the least.
What do they call it when tall people are exceptionally agressive? There is nothing exceptional about short people that should make them act differently than tall people.
I was just guessing about Daschle's height based on photos, never having had the misfortune to be in his presence...I figured 5' 2" might be a bit on the low side.
ROFL.
Yes, he just killed the tall ones.
Oh, ok! His official biography says he's 5'8. That sounds about right.
They portrayed her as dignified, but willing to do what she thought was necessary to defend self and country.
Doesn't matter!
This short woman (4'11") raised half a dozen men children, and can kick their butts individually and collectively.
Ah, I did not say that short women could not kick butt. I said I had not noticed them collectively to have an attitude, or to have the issues that short men seem often to have. I wondered what was different.
My own experience of short men is that they seem as a group to have a fascination with tall women.
ROTGLMAO
I hope my ankles saved me!!! If not...look out!
One thing I remember from when I was a teenager, all the tall guys wanted to date me. They thought I was cute. But dated a short guy for a while, but tall guys always treated me better. I married a tall guy.
This is consistent with my experience. I talked about this once with a very tall man I met. He said that tall men are used to looking down on everyone, particularly women, so when a tall woman looks directly at them they feel challenged. They aren't used to it. Small women make them feel more comfortable.
The small men are used to looking up at everyone so a tall woman is no different in that regard. But in addition (a small man once explained) small men are attracted to tall women for the challenge of capturing one. And they know also that when a small man walks in the room with a very tall lady on his arm everyone thinks (or he hopes everyone thinks!) that he must be a real stud, or rich, or important, to have caught such a tall girl when he's little.
What's considered average for American women in 5'4"; men 5'10".
Guy I love this picture!!!
LOL. Thanks. It's somehow satisfying to make fun of these monsters. Almost as satisfying as watching military videos of terrorists getting blown up!
I've read the thread and am surprised that no one else here calls it, "short crotch syndrome". That's what we called it growing up. Well, not "we". I would never say such a thing. And no, my nose has ALWAYS been this long.
