I'm glad the Iraqis are holding him.
Somehow, I believe, "panties on his head"
are going to be the least of his worries.
I bet he's begging to go to Gitmo.

Since Iraq has the person, then they can do whatever they want with the prisoner...make him talk, find out where Laden looser is hiding....

Functionally, this guy was #1, as originally announced by the Shura Council. They then named an Iraqi the head of Al Qaeda in Iraq to be more pc and get away from the image of foreign leadership that was hurting recruiting.
This guy is old school muj, predated Zarqawi. His capture is probably bigger than killing Zarqawi because he is reported to coordinate and know of all the fighting cells. I suspect that is why he was captured while Zarqawi was killed.

This pretty well ends the old school muj, that had any talent, and actually knew bin Laden and Zawahiri.
The info he gave up took out nearly all of the money men and second and third tier leadership.
Now it will be cell leaders acting on their own with limited money.
Al Qaeda is finished, will probably disband and join the other Sunni militias and Baathists.
