I was a big fan of Irwin. I think a lot of guys admired him, and envied him a little. He was successful, happy, and spent his life doing pretty much what he wanted to do. Ms. Greer is a bitter irrelevent old woman.

She hates, because that's what she does. Her books were diatribes against life, and what she hated about Irwin was that he was happy and productive, and that he payed little attention to bitter people who get their only pleasures from the misfortunes of others.

Without question Steve Irwin loved life. Iriwn's TV persona, I'm sure, did not always reflect who he was as a man. I think that most men respected him as a man (I do), and respected his independent spirit.

Bullseye!

Exactly my sentiments.

I had never heard of this broad until now. What a despicable, spiteful, hateful broad this Greer is. Unlike Irwin, she must be living a very unhappy and empty life.

RIP, Steve. O how I wish I had known you better!
