I think Greer hates any and everything that isn't in her mirror when she's the only one in the mirror room.
Her ego is about as big as Shrillery's mouth; Shrillery's thighs; Shrillery's ego; Shrillery's power mongering . . .
Perhaps Greer is competing in the Olympic Hate marathon for the gold medal of Hate.
