Even if Ralph does not take seriously what the Koran says, many muslims do take it seriously. Those "moderates" are actually unfaithful to the teaching of their murderous scriptures. Even if only 10% of muslims are fantics, the consequences are too serious for me to ignore them.
When I see Islamic nations PROTECTING the rights of non-muslims to openly practice their faiths and for ex-muslims to not be in fear of death penalty or murder for converting away from the faith, I might see it as something more than either a death cult or a supremacist political ideology (masked by religious trappings aped from earlier religions).
Odd that he does not recognize or acknowledge the racism espoused by many followers of the religion of peace TM.

In war, you can kill a soldier on the other side without hating him. You can do it with disgust for the act, and probably should. But it still needs to be done.
For too many "moderates", all it means is that they have no interest in participating in Jihad -- but NEITHER will they fight AGAINST the Jihadis
