B&B? Wouldn't cover the taxes, probably. A brothel on the other hand..........
It's really not a bad idea, but I have a feeling that the area where the house was built has CCRs (If it's the house that I saw). A bed and breakfast would be perfect in the house because the house actually has separate guest quarters, including a separate laudry for guests.
