Second, you had 8 YEARS. The 9-11 plot took YEARS to put together. So, let's see: 96 months compared to 8 months. AND, remember how your VP held up the governmental transition of power for over one month because he was throwing a temper tantrum about the Florida vote??

He was too busy misbehaving and contaminating the Oval Office with his hankety pankety. - It is so ironic how the U.N. almost gave him a standing ovation (they may have I don't recall for sure), when he spoke at the U.N. right on the heels of the Monica Lewinsky affair. Contrast that with the cool reception and abuse President Bush, an honorable man receives. - I thought they were going to crown Clinton King of the U.N. right then and there, all the while snickering into their sleeves at the humiliation and degradation of the United States at the nands of this man. - How true it is what Jesus said that we need to beware when the world starts speaking well of us, (we then can be sure we're on the wrong track).
How we suffered at the hands of that sexual predator! I fully believe he was thinking he would cuckold the American people and no one would be the wiser. Oh, he had a choice - but he chose debauchery over the respect of decent people - and to think, the taxpayer has had to feed, clothe, house and pay him pretty much all his life.

Two major unenviable records for one presidency. He started out as the most classless President of all time, only to end up with the record of most classless EX president of all time. What a shame, when his legacy was there for the taking.
The protection of the American people was all he had to be concerned about. One gets a tiny picture of the character of the present President when one considers the world classless treatment of the one by the other. There is a lesson here.
