Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has been censured by an Army court on the same day he agreed to a deal with the White House outlining new provisions for military justice in cases involving suspected terrorists.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces yesterday held that Sen. Graham violated the Incompatibility Clause of the Constitution when, as a Reservist, he sat on the Air Force's intermediate appellate court while also a member of the Senate.
According to one military law expert, there is no penalty for Graham, but the court overturned the case on which Graham sat, entitling the defendant to a whole new appellate review of his court-martial.
A spokesman for Sen. Graham, Kevin Bishop, said the ruling was not a censure or a rebuke of "any kind."
He said it was a "separation of powers" issue and referred all questions to the Air Force.

In spite of his claim he was not censured, according to this report he was. I appreciate knowing what the Air Force said. Hopefully, the voters in his state will send that sissy boy back home to think about his bad decision not to listen to Americans while he was in Congress!!

Graham is another McCain.. another weasel.. another traitor. We should not forget about him. When Twinkletoes first appeared on the scene during the Clintooon impeachment, I thought he was real and had high hopes for him.
I think you have him fairly characterized.
Saw someone quoted yesterday who said that Graham is New York's third senator. I would think the people of South Carolina would take unkindly to that idea.

It took a court to tell this moron he can't be a member of the body that writes the laws at the same time he sits on a court that enforces them???
And this is the Oliver Wendell Holmes who has been lecturing the country about the law???
Sheesh.

A little waterboarding will get to the truth of the matter So would breaking his fingers. Of course, he and sin-ator McLame don't want that kind of treatment. Do you suppose that applies to the Senate too? LOL!

Don't need to go 'overboard' with little Lindsey....A quick snap of his pink thongs would have the same effect!

Graham has been a major disappointment and a prime example of what happens when you start believing your own press.
I wish him the best.... in some other venue. We do not need him in the Senate.

If he voted on any legislation related in any respect to his position in the reserves he has committed serious ethics violations which should result in disciplinary action from both the AF and the Senate.
