This is the type of thing that drives me crazy. It's basically brainwashing our children so "they can go home and tell their parents". Of course, is anyone going to tell these children that there are many, many scientists who don't believe that this is true at all? NO!

"This fits in nicely with our eighth-grade environmental science curriculum. We've talked to them about recycling and other issues," Tymoski saidEighth-grade pseudo-science curriculum, more like.
I had the opportunity to watch the AlGore movie inflight on United during a recent overseas trip. It was indeed every bit as nonsensically bad as I had thought it would be. Pure wacko-propaganda. Almost comically entertaining, in its own way.

Of course terrorists could incinerate the kids and Gore's movie will have been a waste of time. But hey, why scare the kids about such things.

Offering alternative viewpoints is not "brainwashing", no matter how ridiculous the topic may be.
