Michael Scheuer was enraged by clinton and is speaking up, even tho he's a critic of the war. How about James Woolsey?

I agree, but in his defense, I will point out the sabotage of the Clintonistas (stealing all the "W" keys off the keyboards), the 'China Spyplane Incident" in 2001 and the usual transitional confusion, compounded by the Clinton/Gore post election sabotage.
Even through all of that, Bush was working on a plan regarding terrorism specifically, and Bin Laden in general.
Is it even possible, given restrictions on such things?
