I've seen a documentary about that woman who was in Luby's who later got the right to carry law passed. It seemed like she dedicated her whole life to passing that law. Not sure if her mother was killed or what, but the bad guy made a powerful impression on her.

Not sure if her mother was killed or what, but the bad guy made a powerful impression on her. If I'm not mistaken, both of her parents were killed.
