In Texas any business can post a sign that forbids the carry of concealed weapons in their premises. I know of no business in my area that post such a sign.

That particular restaurant (Lubys) is now a Chinese restaurant. I ate there last month. They do not have that sign in their restaurant. I was carrying and have no doubt that other patrons in the restaurant were carrying also. The right to carry is a good law.

Chinese food now huh. When i live in Killeen 7-8 years ago it was something different. I'm not 100% sure it was a luby's, but it was def a cafeteria type place. Ate at that location many a time before I learned what happened there.
