If the lawyer is calling this news conference, then I suspect it involves one of the following: 1) an announcement that Foley is the target of a formal investigation, and/or 2) an announcement that other high-profile names in Washington were involved in, uh, "relationships" with him.
this story is over, the dude has resigned, and yet the democrats like always aren't happy and want more...
