BTW, does anyone know what "Educating the whole student..." really means??? I would suspect it's code for teaching more than the three-R's and a message sent to the teacher's union that they should worry less about those pesky MCAS tests.
I suspect it means the schools feed the kids breakfast, lunch and dinner. After school programs and sending the kids home with government cheese. Of course all this will be paid for by responsible people with jobs that may even speak English!
