Candy is not prohibited in her school, there are no vending machines, but most teachers have it in the classrooms, it's available in the cafeteria at lunch, and from the school "store."

I only used the Snickers name because it was in the article. The only time they are in this house is if my husband buys them, I can't stand them. I buy Milky Ways, Kit Kats, and Butterfingers most of the time....and always in 10 packs at the Dollar store :) They're bigger than the "funsize" but smaller than a standard one, and I find them to be just the right size.
