There is no such thing is as a finalist.
My political party in Norway nominated George Bush and Tony Blair. Ahlmark, the former politician from Sweden nominated Bolton, the UN ambassador. They were all included in a group of close to 200 nominees. Cindy Sheehan might have been one of them. Rumour is that Jimmy Carter nominated her.
