Blitz on 'Islamic danger zones'
The Sun ^ | October 16, 2006 | LYNSEY HAYWOOD

A MAP of Britain’s extremist “hotspots” where young Muslims are brainwashed by fanatics is to be created by the Government.

Schools, universities and mosques that are breeding grounds for potential terrorists will be targeted and threatening groups broken up.

Communities Secretary Ruth Kelly will reveal the campaign today. She will tell 20 council bosses and police chiefs to fight Muslim extremists head on.

She will warn: “In parts of Britain the new extremism is the biggest security issue facing local communities.

“The world has changed since September 11 and 7/7. The Government has to respond to that and we appeal to local authorities to do the same.

“We need to work closer in partnership with police and communities to face down this threat.”

That and more. The police have broad powers under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.

I think they're about to find out how late the day has become.

And not before time.

Are any other Western nations planning to join the party?

HI Ivan.

What are the latest developments in Britain with regards to limiting immigration and deporting illegals and troublemakers? Is Britain continuing to import trouble from known terror states?

By the way this is a concern, not a criticism. Here in the states we apparently have no immigration controls at all.

Regards.

Immigration controls are tighter than they've been in a long time. The flood of immigrants that we have nowadays is NOT from Muslim states - it's from Eastern Europe.

More on this

Nope. Much more sophisticated methodic (and liberals get real fits when they hear that) is racial and religious profiling.

I think the Dutch are going neck and neck with the UK in this regard, ma'am.

This is the future of Europe. Dealing with Islamic hot spots. Your taxes are diverted to such tasks because you allowed in a Trojan horse. America has problems too since we are the Great Satan to these primitives thus a more likely target for a nuke to go off in a major city or two or three

Dutch and Danish are restricting Muslim wise guys from bring back brides and grooms from their Muslim hellholes..... This custom brings in larger dowries for greedy daddies and larger Muzzulamic population increases

This will have them buzzing like bee's. Hey ho, I've waited so long for this and some said it would never happen. a victory for common sense. Blair sleep- walked us into this mess but I credit him for waking up and showing a path out even as he prepares to leave the mess he created behind him.

Yep, and the kids didn't have to work and sacrifice for it, so they don't value it as they should. We have the same thing in Lodi Ca.

That's great to hear!

And for anyplace whose officials have not joined in with roundly condemning the Islamists, there's plenty of room at our party. Join it while you still can!

That's good, but not enough. If they really despise the idea to become Eurabia in couple generations, they need to start sending back those of the Mohammedans who refuse to (or are not capable of) integrate into the society.

I think the most important step would be to end the idiotic practice of dual citizenship. If you are Brit (Dutch, American, Bulgarian, whatever) you cannot have allegiance to any other country. If you cherish your Somali citizenship - apply for working visa, live as a foreigner. Because citizenship should come with responsibilities, not only the rights.

One can speak at home any lingo; or cook whatever exotic munch they prefer - with the exception of the domestic cats, of course. But one must first of all speak the language of the country whose passport they carry, and to respect its values - at the very least.

Pardon me for jumping in here, but let me tell you about my favourite muslim welfare cheat:

Bakri to have heart op on NHS By Brendan Carlin, Duncan Gardham and John Steele

(Filed: 11/08/2005)

The Government was under intense pressure last night to carry out Tony Blair's threats to expel extremist Muslim clerics after news that one of them was expected to return for a heart operation on the health service.

Omar Bakri Mohammed, who is in Lebanon, is due to have treatment at St Thomas's Hospital, just across the Thames from the Palace of Westminster.

Omar Bakri Mohammed: angioplasty procedure Bakri, who has said he would never warn police if he learned of an impending suicide bomber attack by fellow Muslims, is in theory free to return to his family in London as he was granted indefinite leave to stay in the 1980s.

Bakri left Britain for the first time in 20 years at the weekend after gaining a Lebanese passport, apparently without the knowledge of the Home Office, to fly to Beirut where his mother lives.

He receives £331.28 a month in incapacity benefit and £183.30 a month in disability living allowance because of a leg injury he suffered in his teens.

Both payments will continue for at least six months while he is abroad, as long as he plans to return, as will the housing benefit on his home in Edmonton, north London, and his council tax benefit.

His wife, who remains in Britain with their seven children, can also continue to claim a benefits package thought to be worth at least £1,300 a month. Bakri drives a Toyota people carrier worth £30,000, paid for under a scheme called Motability....

We have a mumber of self appointed imams in Australia living on welfare. Being an imam means never having to go to work.
