They're not gonna get my vote.
I had two lefties behind me tonight pointing and shaking their heads at my, I Heart Gitmo, on my Jeep. They are in VA also.

From today's edition of the DUmmie FUnnies ravings about Christians.
"I have these people in my family, thank god they are the rare kind, born again Democrats who hate bush,"
You have jusy identified the primary reason I do not indulge in bumper stickers (although No. VA is marginally less loopy than Takoma Park), and are very lucky the Bush Derangement Syndrome victim didn't key your SUV.
I bet you also feel deep shame that you drive a SUV instead of a deathtrap hybrid that gets 50 miles to the gallon
Come on, admit it. Let your inner moon bat out.

My husband's former roommate and his family live in Takoma Park. We went to visit them in August. They picked us up at the Metro in their Prius and we went to dinner at a local vegetarian restaurant. Of course, this fellow happens to be a trust fund baby who isn't even working right now. And they can't believe my husband married me, a card carrying conservative and famliy breadwinner. We have a lot of laughs when we get together, I can tell you that!
The only other true Conservative that I know of in Takoma Park is of course, the well known Dr. Raoul Demming of the Takoma Park Demmings of that ilk.
Even my dear brother (he ain't heavy [well, a little] he IS my brother has to live in the more politically sedate Silver Spring.
I live in an outlying community near Annapolis, and am more than a little annoyed at thye assorted vegetables and moonpies that call themselves progressives here.
Hard to believe the twisted minds walking the planet....
Try not to let it get to you. Since you were in Takoma Park, there is a high probability that the person who left it is a non-citizen, maybe trying to intimidate you into hiding your pride in America.
I moved to Maryland from 'Bama. :)
