Well, I can't prove it. All the old photos and that left-wing Pickler-watch seem to have disappeared, at least I can't find them. But I think she's smarter than most AP writers--just caught in the propaganda machine and unwilling to leave and do some other line of work.

Here's a picture of her, in the middle of the back row, with a group of friends hiking along the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. Can't see very much of her, I'm afraid.
