An animal-rights activist who stripped nearly nude before striping herself to look like a tiger is now, ironically, telling women not to dress sexily for Halloween, calling the trend of erotic costumes "hyper-sexualization."

Here's another from PETA, same idea, different girl.
There are actually a lot of PETA/tiger photos, but the cages are all small so the girls are crouching. Not exactly the ideal venue for sexy poses, sorry to say.

While not 100% sure. I think these cages couldn't hold even the smallest of pussies.
Look at the bottom of the "cages" and you will see no metal wiring or bars to keep them in. No bottom to these cages means theses pussies can just stand up and go about whatever a pussy normally would do if not lock down in a "cage."
Just my observation.
