I don't believe for one minute that he was talking about President Bush. If he had been doing so, it would have contained a reference to "this president" which he always does and also after he "joked" he went on to talk about Iraq and didn't mention President Bush at all, but talked about the California senators.

According to Michelle Malkins site Kerry is scheduled to help out more campaigns, including Bob Casey tomorrow.
