What he meant was that if you don't study hard and do your homework and drink your milk you will be so dumb that you will convert to Islam and go to Iraq to fight against our glorious troops and you will never be able to come home again because you will be killed in the war or justly punished after the war.
He certainly meant nothing derogatory about our troops because he just loves 'em all to pieces.
