It was intentional...he voiced what he's thought all along: kerry hates the troops. Nuff said.

Just like when he slipped up and accidently said our troops are murderers, that they burn down villages, attach electrical cables to genitalia, kill indiscriminately, etc...that's it - it's just a slip of the tongue.....
He meant the troops, he couldn't have meant Bush because Bush got an education, period. I think it is really stupid that he even tried to say that it was a bad joke on Bush.
