FINALLY Bush said something I am glad he said.

"I thought the people understood about the importance of tax cuts and fighting the war on terror....but, the people have spoken"....

THERE you go...he just let it out...how disappointed he is with Americans that voted AGAINST the tax cuts..and national security.

The timing thingy has been much better since Tony Snow...I guess Tony didn't have any say....LOL

thanks for the update

Yessss....the people have spoken but only after the republicans demonstrated for 6 years that they either didn't know what to do with the majority role or didn't want it at all.

If a party is granted the majority but refuses to act like the majority....did they ever really have the majority?

Certainly the Pubs were given the lesson last night that it's very possible to lose power that you refuse to utilize.

I strongly support the President, but I can't understand why it has taken him so long to publicly acknowledge something that has been clear for six years. Ever since Ted Kennedy stabbed him in the back, Bush should have known that the Democrats were vile and persistent.
